Announcement of Elections 2023-2024
The nominations committee is pleased to announce Elections to the following posts for Nashik Information Technology Association for the year 2023-24.The qualification criteria for contesting elections is that the organization should be an organizational member of NITA and shall not have any financial dues towards NITA. The contesting candidate should be willing devote the time necessary for conducting the duties assigned to him/her upon election. The candidates who get elected will have to attend NITA meetings regularly and contribute to the progress of the association.

The time-table for elections process will be as follows:

| If more than one nominations are received for posts , Elections will be conducted on | 26th March 2023 10 am to 2 pm |
| Announcement of Results | 27th March 2023 5:00 pm |
| Elections Results will be posted on NITA website | 28th March 2023 |
The contestants will have to download nomination forms from the website, fill it up and submit it to NITA office in a sealed envelope before the due date mentioned. The application should be signed in ink by the candidate. There should be no erasures or overwriting in the nomination form. Candidates may send the scanned copy of the application and supporting documents by email to nc@nashikit.com. However please note that ink-signed forms only will be treated as valid for candidature.
The Elections will be conducted by secret ballot method and each voter will have to cast his ballot by ticking his/ her choice in the ballot paper. The nominations committee will carry out counting of votes and declare the results.
